Here's one I didn't freeload off lifehacker.com. Jing is a free video web capture program for your video capturing needs. There is a lite and pro version, but the lite version should be sufficient. The only difference is lite records the videos into a .swf file, while the pro is in mpeg. That won't matter since we can always find a way to convert it.
